Hello! My name is Abbey, and I have more than four years of babysitting & nannying experience! I have worked locally as a babysitter and nanny, and I also worked as an au pair in Italy in 2019. Working with kids is something I enjoy so much that it inspired me to pursue teaching. I graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in business in 2020, and pursued my teaching certificate afterward. Since then, I have taught a year of elementary English & Language Arts, and worked as a grant writer at a nonprofit. I am looking to transition back to working with kids, and would love to take on a summer nannying job. I can also help with tutoring as needed! My CPR certification is currently expired, but I am willing to get re-certified upon request.
