About Abigail

As a creative and friendly caregiver with two years of experience, I've discovered my passion for positively impacting children's lives. I have some college education under my belt and I am going into my senior year at Illinois State. I am also First Aid and CPR certified. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal prep, light housekeeping and any driving. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, aged 0 to 11. My favorite activities to do with kids are playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. I also love to get crafty and would love to teach them some arts and crafts. I believe in clear communication with parents, so I provide regular updates and verbal communication at pickup time. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as I believe consistency is key. I'm also comfortable with pets as I love animals and am a non-smoker.
