Hello! I am a recent college graduate studying agriculture and childhood education. (please NOTE- I am 21, not 30). I love being outdoors, going on excursions, hiking, and staying active with kids. I'm BLS and CPR certified and have taken early childhood development coursework. I have 3 years experience working at an educational youth garden with kids aged 5-14, I've volunteered with Verner Child Care and have around 6 years experience babysitting newborns and toddlers. I love playing outside and hiking, doing crafts like weaving and pottery, and cooking and baking. I'm open to laundry, groceries, meals, and errands if you need extra help with domestics. Abigail sets the nanny bar high! Abigail was our full-time COVID nanny-share nanny, serving 3 families with 4 school age girls total. She took on a HUGE role serving as both nanny AND a virtual teachers assistant and she gracefully navigated both roles never missing a beat. She wasn't just someone we could reliably depend on, she was essential to our survival as working families, and we couldn't have done it without her. She never missed a day of work in an entire year (even snow days!) and she gave plenty of advanced notice if she was going to need off. She was warm and loving with our kids, but also firm and they knew exactly what was expected of them in the routine she established for them. Abigail is a great communicator, professional, and very prompt. My ONLY regret is that our nanny share ended when our kids went back to in-person school! The girls are still asking after her and she became a member of our families.
