About Adriana

Adriana was the nanny for our nanny share with two girls (starting at 9 months and 15 months) and was with us for 15 wonderful months! Adriana is a fabulous care giver and always put the needs of the girls first, e.g., adjusting their schedule for the day based on their moods and how they slept the night before or napped that day. My daughter adores Adriana; she is so excited when she arrives each morning, because she knows they are going to have a fun day! My daughter learned how to walk, feed herself, and speak both English and Spanish while with Adriana. I am still surprised when my daughter knows a new word or song, it's because Adriana taught it to her! Adriana also helped us with some challenges, including weaning from the pacifier and tantrums. Adriana was always on-time, if not early, except for a few occasions where she would always let us know if she was late (e.g., due to traffic). We stopped the nanny share because the girls were approaching the age where they needed to attend preschool for additional education and experience with more children. Adriana is continuing to care for my daughter until she starts daycare in a couple months. I would happily hire Adriana again! I am happy to be a reference for Adriana to help her find her next wonderful family.
