I am originally from New York where I was a member of a rescue team for six years with over 100 rescues to date. I just graduated with my bachelors in exercise science from Palm Beach Atlantic University where I also played lacrosse for four years. I grew up caring for my huge litter of cousins almost all younger than me. I am an experienced youth coach for lacrosse and I have also assisted in youth exercise training. I would say fitness is definitely my passion and being able to help others achieve their physical goals makes me really happy! I also grew up with a lot of pets and although I'm definitely a dog guy, I'm also really good with cats!
