About Aileen

I recently graduated with my Master's from Duke University and am looking for a position for the summer. While at Duke, I volunteered weekly at the Boys & Girls Club, tutoring kids and assisting with field trips focused on marine debris. I have also been a graduate student instructor for an undergraduate course at Duke, supporting student learning for the next generation of environmental scientists. I have worked in public programming and education for years; starting in high school, I was a public programming volunteer at the Philadelphia Zoo, where I would educate children of all age groups in small and large venues. While working as a sea turtle researcher, I was selected to lead educational outreach programming at Ecological Associates Inc. I am more than happy to provide references and a federal background check.
