Aisha is a wonderful person and a great nanny. We have three children and appreciated how she took a personal interest in adapting her technique to each individual personality, maintaining uniform expectations and discipline while handling each child differently. She worked to understand "why" they misbehaved, instead of simply getting upset when they were disobedient, and worked with us to help improve their behavior.
