About Alaiyah

I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, and adventurous. I love doing activities with the kids such as reading, writing, and outdoor activities as well. I like working with kids because kids are so fun. I love to see how they think and how they try to solve their own problems. Babysitting children for over 7 years has given me the experience to connect with children better. I started working with kids when I was very young I started watching my family's children. The when I turned 13 my mom let me babysit friends and family members kid. When I started high school, in 10th-12th grade, I was in a teaching program and was lucky enough to be allowed to interpret at various elementary schools. Where I created lesson plans, created activities , ran the classroom , and etc until I graduated. After high school I majored in child development education and was still lucky enough to intern at a daycare center when had on campus as a part of the program.
