Hello! My names Alana, and I am 21 years old. I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, and creative! I like to use gentle parenting, Montessori, and Waldorf techniques. My skills include cooking, having fun creative activities, and patience. I am first aid and CPR certified. Also, I'm currently working on my Elementary Education degree and am loving it! I love working with kids because I adore seeing them grow and learn. Seeing their little "ah-ha" moments is amazing. I also love taking the kids on fun adventures - whether that be to the aquarium or a fun new park. I love spending time outside with the kiddos, having dance parties, and doing art! I started working with kids when I was around 11. I have experience caring for multiple kids, as I have worked in a daycare for two years, as well as in a Montessori school. Alana watched my one year old a few times before I needed to enroll in daycare full time. I wish our schedules would have aligned better so I could use whenever I needed her she is amazing :)
