About Alana

Hello, my name is Alana. I have a bachelors degree and I have EMT training. I enjoy going on adventures outdoors, hiking, camping, cooking, sewing and gardening. I love animals, fluffy and feathery. My experience with children ranges from infancy all the way though the teen years. I have had the opportunity to teach English to middle and high school students overseas as well as work in two orphanages. Over the years I have nannied for several families; two have been for families with children they were fostering to adopt. The last family I worked with had seven children. During my time with this family two of the seven were born. Though working as a teachers aid for Pre K and abroad, I gained a great understanding of children's learning potential at an early age. My husband and I recently returned from five months overseas and desire to become reestablished with employment. I would like to hear from you and about your family and see if I can be of help.
