Ale is wonderful, She is an extremely kind person. She cared for 2 toddlers for almost 2 years. She brings so much energy and creativity to working with the girls. She was able to integrate our preferences for raising the girls and brought her personal touch to every activity. She is dependable, thoughtful and flexible. Excellent time management between kids and the light housekeeping tasks. She caried out our teaching and communication goals like teaching baby sign language, numbers, abc's, a intro to a second language and reinforced our calming techniques. All we had to do was to provide the outline and she made things happen. Sad to see her go.
