Ale is very smart, responsible, capable and trustworthy. She is ever positive and joyful, and our children LOVE her. She comes up with fun crafts and projects for the kids, and stays engaged with them. Ale is a great communicator and receives guidance well. She has been our Au pair for a year, and we are going to miss her!
