About Alexa

Hello! My name is Alexa and I just graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences! Along with babysitting experience, I worked at an Extended School Year Program where I worked with students with various needs and as an applied behavior analysis therapist working with children on the autism spectrum. I am looking for a position for next 5 months before beginning graduate school. I am very organized and focused, but also love to have fun and get creative with kids! I plan to work with children on an individual, educational level to help with their language and attention development. I love to get to know kids on an individual level to learn about their likes/dislikes while helping them explore new things! I pride myself on building schedules, planning activities, and keeping a positive mindset through my work and school life!
