Alex is one of the few people I completely trust to care for my dog, Penny. As an older dog with special needs, Penny requires medication twice a day and needs someone who is not only reliable but also attentive to her health and comfort. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure Penny is well cared for, ensuring she gets her medication on time and adjusting to her slower pace. It’s such a relief to know that Penny is in capable hands with Alex. She truly treats her like her own and always keeps me updated with pictures and messages, giving me peace of mind when I’m away. I can’t recommend Alex highly enough!
