I am a recent graduate from West Chester University. I am certified in Early Grades Preparation (PreK-4) and Special Education (PreK-8). I finished my student teaching experience in December 2015, and jumped right into a substitute position. Prior to graduation, I spent much time in field experiences that consisted of teaching all subject areas in the elementary field. I completed my reading practicum at the Benchmark School which focuses mainly on reading interventions. Teaching children is my passion and I will continue to further my education and professional development to better succeed in shaping young learners academic skills.
