Alex is wonderful and exactly what my family needs in this hectic time of preparing for and then welcoming our third child. I was impressed with her from the moment I read her application because she carefully addressed each of the main points in my job posting and has continued to show that professionalism in all of our interactions. With the children, she is warm, enthusiastic, and very active. She takes the initiative to plan fun activities and keeps them fully engaged and entertained while she is in charge. Also, she is very reliable and organized so I can count on her to maintain the school routine which involves a significant commute. We are so grateful to know our kids are in her care.
