About Alexis

I've been a childcare provider for the past three years, and it's a role that I'm passionate about. I love being able to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families in my community. I'm patient and calm, and I have a creative and imaginative personality that helps me engage with children and keep them entertained. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in regular updates, either via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I also understand the importance of enforcing household rules, and I'm comfortable doing so in a gentle but firm manner. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, but my favorites are arts and crafts and outdoor play. I'm also comfortable caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to preteens. In addition to my childcare experience i'm willing to be certified to assist. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
