Hi I'm Alexis! I am currently enrolled in a Master's program for teaching at Syracuse University. I have prior experience working as a long term and short term substitute teacher working with kindergarten through 12th graders. I interned with Upstate Cerebral Palsy during the summer of 2019 working in a preschool program. I also worked in the Buffalo Public School system in a second grade bilingual Spanish-English classroom. During the summer of 2017 I worked as an Au Pair in Spain caring for a 2-year-old and 10-month-old. I have been previously trained and certified in CPR and First Aid with the Red Cross. I enjoy helping kids reach their full potential and understand these are difficult times for many families. I have experience with remote teaching and learning to be able to help students with a variety of programs online.
