About Alexis

I am a behavioral interventionist and undergraduate student at UC Berkeley with over 5 years of experience working across multiple special education programs, spanning preschool to 12th grade. I am experienced in administering various medical procedures and treatments to children with diverse special needs. As a behavioral interventionist it is always my priority to ensure every child's basic needs are met and to be a calm and encouraging presence. In addition, I am a founder of a local roller skating group in Ventura County where I've served as a coach and mentor to many young skaters in my community, providing support and guidance. It's my goal to create a space where your child feels safe to express their ideas and vivid imaginations. I've witnessed first-hand how significantly behavior improves when natural curiosity is encouraged, which inspired me to go back to school to study psychology so that I can continue to encourage children to be creative, curious, and confident!
