About Alex

Hi there!! My name is Alex, and I am currently employed as an Elementary School Psychologist in Chicago Public Schools. I recently graduated with my masters in Educational Psychology, and specialist degree in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in 2021. Prior to this, I received my bachelors in Social Work from Michigan State University in 2018. I have extensive experience in working with children of all ages, including children with a variety of disabilities. During my time in grad school, I served as a nanny for a wonderful family on a part time basis (30 hrs./week), before accepting a full time position with CPS. During college, I worked at a child-care center where we cared for children ages 6wks- 12yrs old. I'm currently seeking employment for the month of July before I return to CPS in the Fall.
