I was hesitant to hire Alicia because of her not having any reviews here on Care, but after getting a couple of references on her which were both amazing we decided to give her a try. My 3 small children (ages 3, 4 & 5) took to her instantly. My children can be a lot of hard work as they're very active especially being cooped up in the house a lot right now in this current climate, Alicia handled them amazingly. You can tell she's had a lot of experience with kids. My kids are constantly asking when Alicia is coming back which is a great sign as it's rare when they all love the same person. I feel like my kids are in good hands when Alicia is watching them and I highly recommend her
