Alice is a few girls I know who s very able, amiable, responsible and passionate about taking care of kids. she worked for my neighbor to take care of three kids. So my kid played with her "kids" a lot. She is so positive, trustworthy, caring and genuine. I was so impressed how she taught my 3 yrs old son potty in less than 10 minutes, which was a huge task for me. She often teaches kids manners too. Kids love her too. My son loves Alice even if she disciplines him. If you want a piece of mind and worry free child care, Alice is definitely a keeper!!!
