Ive been a care. com care taker/nanny for about 2 years with plenty of experience outside of it. I've cared for children in my family growing up to professionally managing a classroom with 15 3-5 yr olds. I worked at a daycare teaching preschoolers and slowly worked my way to be becoming youth development leader for an after school program. There I handled 25+ 4th graders. Kids bring out my inner child and teach me new things everyday as well! I love the babies! Ive certainly had my rounds of age groups. I feel very passionate about childcare/ child development. I'm fun, energetic and very empathetic. all kids learn, react and behave differently to things and people. I'm easy to adhere to many different children, with special needs, more sensitive babies, behavioral difficulties and more! :)

Aliche was a life savor to me and my 1.5 year old. She played, gave snacks, and did outdoor time with our son. She was so sweet and he really loved her! She was very safe during Covid and didn't mind wearing a mask inside the home which we really appreciated! We moved away otherwise I would hire her again. You'll be lucky to have her help. She's a very genuine, kind, smart and attentive person.
