About Alicia

I've been babysitting since I was a child myself. When I was a pre-teen, I spent a lot of evenings and weekends looking after a close friend's four very young siblings. Throughout my adolescence I continued to nanny many local children. In my senior year of college, I picked up extra cash babysitting for a few families in the Charlottesville, VA area. After I graduated college, the job market and economy was tough and I returned home to my passion of child care for interim income. For two years I serviced families for date nights, after school pickup, homework help, meal prep, and playtime. I still keep in touch with some of those families and it's been amazing to see how they've grown over the years -- I'll forever cherish my time with all my little ones. I am now a very active auntie and godmother (as you can probably see in my photos). Though I have yet to have children of my own, I love spoiling my bonus kiddos with presents and cuddles!
