About Alina

As a passionate and experienced caregiver, inspired by my younger siblings, who are 16 and 10 years younger than me, and my experiences caring for other children, I was drawn to this field while pursuing my nursing degree. My fun-loving and approachable nature, coupled with my patience and kindness, creates a warm and engaging environment for children. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred methods to keep them informed about their child's day and address any concerns. To ensure a safe and structured environment, I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. Regarding activities, I enjoy a variety of games that encourage physical activity, creativity, and learning.
