About Alisha

I have an intense love & intuitive connection with infants which I discovered being a daycare worker in the infant room. Being attentive & nurturing is what I do best & having an infant or toddler who needs my attention & affection fulfills me in so many ways. I noticed the difference between a daycare setting & a private one on one setting. After working few other daycare jobs, I quickly learned where my heart fits. I do prefer following a schedule & a routine. I would love to be a part of a family & be included & known for more than just my job title. I have ambitions, passions & hobbies! I'm looking for a long-term position. I'm responsible to understand that a child cannot be brought into just any home. A child must have safety & security emotionally, physically & financially. This is why I don't have my own children & why I've put it off. I've worked hard on myself. I would love to be able to instill the same within a child.
