We hired Alissa for full-time care for our 6-month-old for a few months. We also asked her to take care of his areas which included cleaning, picking up toys, and laundry. She is intelligent, punctual, diligent, and industrious. One thing we really appreciated is that she is a clear communicator and is extremely quick in her responses whenever we called or texted. Not only was she incredibly conscientious and loving with our son, but she is also very easy to work with and is a quick learner. I would also add that she works best with open and transparent communication and a clear understanding of responsibilities and priorities. Overall, my wife and I feel very fortunate to have worked with her and highly recommend her.
