Aliya interviewed as a nanny for our infant son. Because of her background in education, she impressed us with her qualifications and enthusiasm for teaching children, even from infancy. I was especially impressed by her communication. Her texts were always prompt, clear, and personal, even though I know she was busy. While in our home, she was respectful and kind, and even went out of her way to love on our dog as well!
