I have a lot of younger cousins and have been taking care of them for years when the parents go out. I also have experience with non family member babysitting and get along really well with kids. I have had Ally watch my 4 and 6 year old girls for a few weeks now and she is wonderful. She engages them (does arts and crafts, plays, goes on walks, and reads to them) and they have a great time with her. She is also responsible and makes sure they are safe. While they have their afternoon quiet time, she straightens up the play areas in the house and also cleans up the kitchen (which I appreciate). I would 100% recommend her (and I have recommended her to friends).
