About Allison

I am a psychology student at the University of Washington, and have always loved working with children. When I was about 13 I started helping my neighbors out with playing with their young kids, and then started babysitting at 15. All throughout high school I babysat regularly in the evenings for several families in my town and was a full time nanny in the summer after my junior and senior year of high school for families with girls ages 8-13. These babysitting and nanny jobs gave me a lot of experience with time management, patience, and communication skills. I did things such as driving kids to appointments and play dates, making healthy and kid friendly meals, and of course playing and having lots of fun! I grew up doing dance and gymnastics and track, and love doing anything outside, so I always love to play games and be active with kids I babysit!
