About Allison

Having a child with autism has deepened my understanding of diverse needs and enhanced my patience, empathy, and adaptability. I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, especially those with disabilities. My caring and creative nature allows me to connect with children on a deep level, fostering a safe environment where they can be themselves and thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated on their child's day through written daily reports. I enjoy a variety of games and activities with children of all ages, especially those that promote learning. With my diverse training, including First Aid and CPR, as well as my background in Early Childhood Education, I'm well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise. I'm available to assist with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
