About Allison

I am proud to say that I have been in the field of education for 22 years. Every day I bring a positive attitude, along with the desire to learn alongside my students, and take the initiative to create a space that they feel comfortable in. It is important to have a structured environment that will lend itself to creativity. Time management is a skill that is necessary to organize materials and enable me, at the same time, to pay attention to details. My excellent communication skills give me the ability to relay information and listen to and recognize the needs of my students. I have become a problem solver! My outgoing personality makes it comfortable for me to interact and speak to people; I do collaborate with parents, colleagues and administrators. And then there is the follow through, taking each situation, whether it is academic or personal in nature, and working on the best possible outcome. I am comfortable working with students pre-K through middle school.
