About Allison

I am an educator looking for work during the summer. I have my masters in education and work in the schools during the year. I am new to AZ and am looking forward to meeting new people. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing and driven. I like working with kids because I believe that children can teach us a lot about the world. I started working with kids when I was a child. When I was 12 I became an assistant teacher at my dance studio and have been working with kids ever since. I now have a masters in education and working schools daily. In my spare time, I like to practice yoga and teach dance. I am a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching dance for almost 10 years. One thing you should know about me is that I spent a year and a half working in Asia! My skills include providing a nurturing and fun environment, using data based practices to support student learning, and find new and exciting ways to engage kids in activities.
