About Allison

I am CPR & First Aid certified. I have been babysitting for 13 years. I have babysat for many families in the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Grand Rapids areas. I have volunteered for Big Brother, Big Sister Program, Girls & Boys Club of America, and tutored for the Grand Rapids HOST program while attending Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids. I was also a nanny for three children ages 1-5 during this time. I then moved back to my hometown, Ann Arbor, to finish college and get my elementary certification at Eastern Michigan University. I student taught in Napoleon School District near Jackson while nannying for 3 children, ages newborn-5 years old in Ann Arbor. I have also been a sub at a preschool and infant toddler house in Ann Arbor for 4 years. Last July I passed my Michigan Certification for Elementary Education K-5th and Language Arts Certification for 6th-8th grades. I graduated in December 2013 and got married to the love of my life! We are now expecting a baby of our own fall 2014. I am fun, honest, respectful, responsible, and love kids. I have two dogs and one cat so love animals! I have many references I can e-mail you.
