About Ally

I am a recent college graduate from UC Santa Barbara where I graduated with a 3. 6 GPA, after attending Esperanza High School and graduating with a 4. 4 GPA. I have a degree in Sociology, but have taken courses across multiple subject matters. I have a lot of patience and I'm great at working with children. I know how to explain things in a way that will make understanding much more simple, and cater to the needs of the child and their learning style. I took many AP classes in high school, such as AP Language and Composition, AP Environmental Science, AP Biology, AP Government, AP Economics, AP Computer Science, AP Literature, and more. I am a strong test taker, earning a 1510 on my SATs, and have an abundance of knowledge on test-taking skills, especially for those who struggle with test anxiety. I am especially skilled in reading and writing, but have strong math skills as well. I look forward to helping you and your family!
