About Allyson

I'd describe my personality as friendly, nurturing, and energetic. Working with kids has been my passion. I love to build relationships, build their confidence, and watch them grow. I'm looking for a job that fulfills my passion for nurturing children. I started working with kids when I was a young teenager. I volunteered at church and babysat all through high school. During college, I worked as an assistant preschool teacher while earning my degree in Early Education. I've nannied for multiple families and serve in children's ministry at my church. I have 10+ years of childcare experience. In my free time, I like to cook, read, spend time outdoors, and be with family and friends. I am very punctual and will always prioritize the needs of your children over everything. My skills include communication, multitasking, and creativity. I love creating interactive, age-appropriate activities. I love cooking/trying new recipes, so I'm comfortable preparing meals/snacks for kids.
