We have been incredibly fortunate to have Allyssa as part of our family for over a year, caring for our child since he was just 4 months old. She is responsible and has shown unwavering commitment to our son’s well-being. From the very start, Allyssa quickly became an integral part of our household, earning our trust with her thoughtful approach and always keeping our child's best interests in mind. She has consistently respected our parenting decisions and has played a key role in helping us implement a Montessori style of learning, which we deeply value. In addition to being an excellent caregiver, Allyssa has proven to be incredibly creative and imaginative. She explores different activities with our son, from going for walks to visiting the library and attending Gymboree classes. She engages him in reading and keeps him happily entertained and learning at all times. One of Allyssa's standout qualities is her flexibility. She has made herself available outside of regular hours, helping us during unexpected hospital visits, doctor appointments, birthday parties, and even on vacation trips. Her support during these times has been invaluable to our family. Moreover, Allyssa is an exceptional communicator. She regularly shares articles relevant to our child's development, tracks his milestones, and provides us with consistent updates on his progress, feeding, and health throughout the day. Her dedication to ensuring we are informed has brought us great peace of mind. Her patience, honesty, and creativity are unmatched. She knows how to make the most of the resources available, whether at home or out and about, ensuring our child is always engaged, learning, and having fun. We truly couldn’t ask for a better caregiver. Allyssa is a rare gem, and we are so grateful to have her in our lives.
