About Alyssa

Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am a certified teacher who has taught elementary school since graduating with my masters degree in 2018. I have taught so many wonderful children both inside and outside of my classroom. I have a passion for teaching reading and writing, but I am able to tutor your child in all subject areas including English, math, science, and social studies. I will create instruction tailored to fit their needs or use your child's school provided curriculum to grow their abilities. I have years of experience teaching students with and without disabilities and will help to create a game plan with families to help their child succeed. I have taught many students with ADHD and have many tools in my pocket to help these students focus, retain information, and thrive. I am looking for wonderful students to tutor after my school day ends. I hope to meet your family soon!
