I interviewed Amalia over the phone and she sounded great. I also contacted her references and they all had really great things to say about it her so I was very excited to meet her in person in hopes to hire her full time. We set up a time for her to come to the house to meet but she did not show up and a day later she texted me that she got into a car accident. I thought it was odd that she didn't reach out the day of to let me know that she wasn't able to make it but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and give her another chance. We then set up another time for her to come to my house and I even confirmed with her the day before. Once again did not show up and did not call or text that she wasn't coming and I haven't heard from her since.
