About Amanda

Hello my name is Amanda and I am 24 years old. I'm currently getting my masters in Occupational Therapy at Salus university. I'm a very dependable, patient, caring and clean person. Ever since I was in high school I knew I wanted to work with children. I am passionate in helping children develop and grow. Also I really connect with kids because I think I will always be a kid at heart, and I enjoy the enthusiasm they offer. When I realized that I wanted to work with children, I set out to get as much experience as I could. I have 4 1/2 years of experience with children and have worked with a variety of settings. I was a nanny for 3 years for a girl who was 7 years old when I started. I also interned at Easter Seals for 4 months. My last job I was a behavior technician at an elementary school this past school year and worked with many kids with disabilities.
