About Amanda

Hi! I'm Amanda and I am 26 years old. I started working with children as an English teacher for multilingual kids in Brazil and I have been working with kids ever since. I believe in positive education and reinforcement. Learning through play while having a good safe environment to develop their social interaction skills. I will always focus on a screen-free growth. My goal is to set the example and help them learn. I have about 3 years of experience as a full time live in nanny where I took care of toddlers (a 2 yo boy and after that an 1 yo girl) and on my last full time position I was responsible for 2 girls of ages 4 and 5. My skills include being a really good teacher. I can teach art, swimming, crafts and reading. I have also experience with meal prep, for lunch, snacks and dinner. Currently I am seeking a (long term) part time position. I am available Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. I have some flexibility on Fridays. I am located in Folsom.
