I have experience with twins and children with special needs (autism and ADHD). Mandy is a reliable, personable, flexible and patient caregiver. Our 3 small children warmed right up to her and she immediately settled into the flow of our family’s dynamics. From art projects, reading stories, to trips to the park, she is also open to organizing tasks and house projects if she has down time or a child is napping. She asks great, insightful questions. Her attuned, responsible and artistic spirit is such a positive force for our family and we are so grateful we found Mandy!
