About Amanda

I am a recent grad of Towson University as a student athlete. During my time in college, I have assisted my coach in babysitting her children in the evenings, ages 4-10. I also have four nephews of whom I helped raise, who are now 4-9. I aspire to become a physician assistant, hopefully working with kids! I like working with kids because they always have new ideas and a new perspective on everyday life. While working with kids I am able to foster their abilities and help them recognize how awesome they really are. I started working with kids when I was 12, starting with my now 9-year-old nephew and baby cousins. Outside of family and family friends, I have babysat for my coach who had three daughters aged 4-10. In my spare time, I like to exercise, try new foods, and binge good TV! One thing you should know about me is I will care for your child as if they are my own.
