About Amara

Hello! My name is Amara. I am 19 years old. I worked at the Boys and Girls Club for nearly 2 years. I work with ages 4-12, but mostly ages 4-9. I worked with groups of 20-60 kids!! I currently work at the school district as a Special Education Aide. So a job like this will be a breeze for me!! I run programs with my kids, play games and take them on field trips. I like incorporating learning with fun and play, and im very hands on and love to participate with the kids in all activities. Working with kids is more than a job to me, it's my life. My goal is to positively impact children and set them up for success. During the school year I work 9:45 am-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Im free any time between that on weekdays and available any time during weekends.
