We hired Amber as a full time nanny for our twin boys and she was absolutely amazing. With a goal to get the boys prepared for a structured environment, she came prepared with plans on establishing a schedule, getting them acclimated to activities in a classroom setting, and making adjustments to fit each of their individual traits. She was super helpful with giving the boys much needed playtime, ideas for activities and the occasional soothing, rounding up lunch/snacks, and getting them to articulate more their wants/needs. We really enjoyed her monthly assessments on how the boys were progressing and things we should work on outside of her hours. Her selflessness, attention to detail, and nurturing approach helped immensely as the boys transitioned to pre-k. Always on time, always willing to adapt to our schedule, always there when we needed her, there’s not enough praise we can give the time she spent with us! Look no further for THE BEST nanny we’ve had, we will definitely hire her again in the future.
