Hi! I am looking for positions to tutor after school or after school/weekend childcare positions. My rate for dyslexia tutoring is $45 for a 45 minute session. My typical rate for childcare is $22 for one child and will increase with additional children. I am a dyslexia specialist for a North Dallas school district. I work with elementary aged children giving reading therapy for students with a specific learning disability. Prior to this I was a 2nd grade teacher for several years. I have experience with PreK-6th grade. I also have experience working with a wide variety of students in the special education setting. Prior to my teaching career I worked in several childcare roles throughout college which gave me experience with infants up to middle school age in a less formal setting.
