As the eldest among my three younger siblings and approximately 25 grandchildren in my extended family, I have accumulated tons of experience in childcare. We only had Mia as a nanny for a very short time; our kids seemed to like her and the care she gave them. However, with no ahead of time notice whatsoever, she quit on us and left us in a huge bind, stating an emergency and that she was abruptly moving. We are very well aware that emergencies do happen, however, she very likely knew more in advance about her moving than she wanted to inform us as she had updated her location to her new city/location on Care before she told us she could no longer help us (the very second she told us she had to quit, I immediately jumped on Care to find a new nanny only to come back across her profile to see that her location was already changed). We were forced to take many days off of work due to the lack of proper notice.
