About Amina

Hello! My name is Amina, and I am an artist and educator with a rich background in both the arts and child care. I hold degrees from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Yale School of Art. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, attentive, and creative child care and education. My experience spans from working with young learners aged 3 to 17 in various settings, including art centers and contemporary art museums. Additionally, I have over four years of teaching experience in academic environments where I focus on nurturing creativity and a love of learning in every child. I am known for my playful, nurturing approach, and I deeply value kindness and compassion in my interactions. My goal is to collaborate with progressive, thoughtful families who are interested in a holistic approach to childcare, where creativity and personal growth are at the forefront.
