Hi! My name is Amirah. I'm a motivated and outgoing nursing student with about 6 years of experience caring for infants and children between the ages of 2 months - 6 years old. For as long as I remember, I've always loved being a helping hand and caring for babies and children, which is one of the reasons why I'm currently pursuing a career in midwifery. While working in childcare, I've always tried my best to keep the child(ren) engaged, safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether that be with tummy time, arts and crafts, or fun indoor/outdoor activities, I always aim for learning and growing in an enjoyable, educational, and fun way! Amirah was great with my girls aged 3 and 1. She was very punctual and very soft spoken. She gave the kids her full attention and happily took them out for plenty of outdoor time. She also has a very pleasant and patient manner which is perfect for handling young kids! Good luck Amirah!
