About Amy

Hi I'm Amy! I was born and raised in San Diego, , then moved to Michigan where I received my bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology from Michigan State University, and now attending Oakland University working towards my Bachelor degree in Nursing. I am the 3rd child of 6 children in my family and therefore have always been comfortable and drawn to working with and helping children. My goal is to be a positive figure and influence in every child's life, encouraging them as they grow, while providing them with a safe and nurturing environment. I have tons of experience caring for children of all ages from infants to school age! During my time in university I worked as an assistant teacher at a preschool and childcare where I delivered safe and efficient childcare services to child ages 1 month to 12 years old. Over the past years I have been babysitting and nannying regularly for multiple families, as well as worked as an English teacher in Germany for a few months!
